Michał M. Styś. Z wykształcenia mgr inż. architekt, absolwent Wydziału Architektury i Urbanistyki Politechniki Wrocławskiej oraz University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, gdzie uzyskał dyplom Executive MBA. Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami, tworzeniu założeń urbanistycznych oraz projektowaniu budynków mieszkaniowych, handlowych, hotelowych i biurowych zdobywał w takich firmach, jak Anthony Reddy Associates, Reddy Architecture & Urbanism Group (Irlandia), Archeus OY Ltd. (Finlandia) czy BC Comm Group (Polska). Od 2006 Dyrektor Zarządzający OPG Property Professionals, gdzie odpowiada za realizację inwestycji, identyfikację i analizę możliwości inwestycyjnych w Polsce oraz zarządzanie aktywami – projektami mixed-use, komercyjnymi i mieszkaniowymi. Kreatywny umysł, który dał początek projektowi OFF Piotrkowska Center w Łodzi.
Michal is a results-driven, visionary property development and asset management professional with international experience in residential, mix-use and commercial real estate. For over 15 years, Michal has been responsible for the execution of asset management in OPG's property portfolio. He gained international experience in project management, architecture and urbanism at Anthony Reddy Associates - Ireland, Archeus - Finland, and in Poland. His architectural background gives him the competitive advantage of creative solutions to real estate. He is the creative mind behind the exemplary OFF Piotrkowska Center mix-use revitalization project, which, among many other awards, was given 1st place in the "7 Wonders of Poland" by National Geographic Traveler. Michal holds an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois College of Business and University of Warsaw as well as holding an M.Sc. in Arch. from Wroclaw University of Technology. He also studied in Finland. Michal is a member of the Rotary International and a Vice-President of the Polish Association of Developers, Lodz region.
